Leadership can be lonely. The weight of ministry is heavy. And in times like these—where division is rampant and the next generation is often misunderstood or criticized—I think we need to fight for community among other leaders. Young Pastors Summit is a gathering with space for you to step away from the demands of ministry and take your cape off. It’s a chance to connect with other pastors who understand the unique pressures you face as a young pastor, to build friendships that will sustain you for the long haul, and to be poured into as much as you pour into others.

I know your time is valuable, and I don’t take this invitation lightly.
