Wilson Smith shares from his experience of working as a shoe designer at Nike for 40 years and also from his experience teaching Product Design at the University of Oregon. He explains how he uses his gifts as an artist not just to create shoes, but to impact people and culture through humility and empathy. He challenges us to put ourselves in others’ shoes and create a more hopeful world.
